I’m gonna be making this Amazing Pumpkin Pie Spice Pina Colada for Halloween, and you are all welcome to go over and sip on one with me.
You can also make this halloween drink non alcoholic, and the taste is still amazing, just not boozy.
All you do is mix Thai coconut milk, pineapple juice, light rum or your favorite whiskey, sugar, McCormick pumpkin pie spice and ice cubes, and you have 6 (1 cup) servings to share with your friends.
- 1 can (13.66 ounces Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 4 ounces light rum
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 4 cups ice cubes
- Place coconut milk, pineapple juice, rum, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add ice; blend until slushy.
- Pour into beverage glasses. Serve immediately.
